When a publication reaches its recapture date, the author is once again allowed to reap the royalties of their work. This project by Helena Cook and myself investigates opportunities for Ann M. Martin, author of the popular Baby-Sitters Club series, to reimagine the first three books and create new revenue streams. As a 2018 assignment in Copyright Law with Professor Deborah Wagnon, Esq, we created this presentation as a mock pitch to Ann M. Martin.
