Contracts and Legal Issues with Professor Deborah Wagnon, Esq tasked us with created a partnership and drafting a deal memorandum between the two parties. Jordan Overkamp and I picked the Assassin's Creed Odyssey project and the deal between composing duo The Flight and game producers at Ubisoft. After we drafted the deal memorandum, I created this presentation to showcase our work to the class.
